My name is Traci Hall, and I am a reinvention & trauma life coach.

2022 was the year of my rock bottom. I was diagnosed with autism at the age of 33, ended a legal battle with my assaulter, was blindsided by a breakup with my partner of 10 years, and parted ways with a dear friend, just to name a few things! In December, I was ready to end my life. I suffered a severe mental breakdown and ended up in the hospital for 4 days.

I know what it's like to suffer from trauma and feel like things will never get better.

I know what it's like to feel like your emotions are out of control.

You feel helpless and you don't know who you are.

I am proof that everything is possible.
